Information collected automatically: Usage data (pages visited, features used), content engagement metrics, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies necessary for site functionality and authentication.

Information from third-party sources: Publicly available market data (real estate statistics, economic indicators, weather data), industry news via public RSS feeds, and social media trend data — all used solely to generate relevant content on your behalf.

4. Professional Voice Profile and Content Memory

Our Service builds a "professional voice profile" (your writing tone, style preferences, and communication patterns) based on your onboarding responses, uploaded materials, feedback, and communication patterns. This profile is used exclusively to generate content that sounds like you. Your professional voice profile is private to your account and is never shared with other clients or used to generate content for anyone else. You may request deletion of your professional voice profile at any time.

We also maintain a "content memory" of your preferences, feedback patterns, and uploaded materials to improve content quality over time. This data is associated solely with your account and can be exported or deleted upon request.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and selecting SMS as a communication preference during onboarding, you consent to receive service-related text messages from PulseContent.ai. These messages include content delivery notifications, onboarding updates, and responses to your inbound messages. Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier and content cycle. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from text communications. You may also update your communication preferences in your dashboard or by contacting support [at] pulsecontent.ai. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription — content notifications will be delivered via email instead.

Opt-in: Text START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, JOIN, or PULSE to re-enable SMS communications at any time.

6. Contact Lists and Email Communications

If you upload a contact list for email campaign delivery, we store that data securely and use it solely for sending content on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your contact lists for any purpose other than delivering your approved content. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from individuals on your contact list to receive communications. All email campaigns include an unsubscribe link for your recipients.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use the following service providers, each of which maintains their own security certifications:

Supabase — data storage and authentication
Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
Twilio — SMS communications
Resend — email delivery
Vercel — website hosting
Anthropic — AI content generation (data not used for model training)

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days afterward to allow for account reactivation or data export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you via email within 72 hours of discovery, or within the timeframe required by applicable law. Notification will include a description of the breach, the types of data affected, steps we are taking to address it, and recommendations for protecting yourself.
